What to write to us about

• Billing, refunds, cancellation, email us and we answer within one business day. Terms are on the refunds and cancellation page.
• Your data, export and deletion are self-serve in Settings, but write to us if anything is unclear. See Trust.
• Buying from outside India, international cards are accepted and you are billed in US dollars. If your card is declined or you would rather be invoiced, tell us on the application page and we set you up directly.
• Something is broken, say what you were doing and what happened. Screenshots help.

Response times

Email is answered within one business day during Monday to Friday, 10:00, 18:00 IST. Billing and refund requests are answered first. If something is urgently broken with a live call or a production API, say so in the subject line.
